VISION

All children have special talents. We will strive to discover and cultivate them, bringing about their full-potentiality, and help children thrive as versatile, well-developed individuals who will have success in any endeavor they choose to pursue.

MISSION

To promote awareness of early brain development and provide advanced learning opportunities to young children and their parents through internationally-acclaimed programs in music, art, theater, dance, and liberal arts, all in ONE location.

GOALS

1. To build a unique educational organization that help children discover their talents and reach their fullest potential in any area of Liberal/Performing Arts they choose to proceed.


2. To continue conducting research on early brain development and provide intellectual foundation for future schooling to the young students of the Academy.


3. To educate parents about Early Brain Development and encourage them to participate in Early Development programs of the Academy.


4. To improve the quality of teaching Liberal/ Performing Arts and Pre-Kindergarten programs to young students by raising teaching effectiveness and educational standards.


5. To establish a kind of organization where everyone in a family can find a program to satisfy their educational needs in ONE convenient Carmel location.


6. To achieve national and international recognition in educational art programs for young children.

OBJECTIVES

1. To create a unique environment where all students, teachers and parents will collaborate together to achieve educational goals and help each other to reach their highest potential.


2. To bring all Liberal Arts Programs in one location and help people to understand their harmony by incorporating them into one another’s curriculum. (Example: music and art, music and literature, art and literature, dance and music, math and music, science and art, theater and music, etc.)


3. To incorporate scientific research into the programs and use it all the time to monitor the progress and improve the educational programs.


4. To increase family quality time by bringing them together in unique parent-child classes where both parents and children learn and develop their abilities at the same time.


5. To bring the education at the Academy to the highest standards and have a potential to participate in any Local, National, or International competitions in Liberal/Performing Arts area with a perspective to organize them locally.

• Long-term on-going programs for older children with an opportunity for advancement in a selected area with a board exam and a diploma upon graduation from the Academy. 

• A chance to earn college credits and win a scholarship for continuing an undergraduate education in the performing arts. 

• An employment opportunity for the successful graduates to become faculty members of the Academy.  Internship opportunity for seniors and graduate students from local Universities.
