 BEGINNERS CLASS:

 

If you are ready for a workout full of spicy body and footwork, come and dance your  way to slimmer body, stronger muscles and sharper brain! You will enjoy learning fancy steps of Cha-Cha-Cha, Rumba, Jive/Swing, Samba, Waltz, Tango, and Quickstep, while getting the heart rate up, improving your core strength and posture.  Dancing is a great way for couples to spend a quality time together.  Improve your skills and the skills of your significant other through the exciting International Latin and Ballroom dance syllabus!  Finally, enjoy unforgettable music and meet others who have the same passion for dance! Sign up with a partner to take more advantage of the program.

 

 INTERMEDIATE CLASS:

 

If you have previous experience in Ballroom dancing and would like to sharpen your technique and learn more exciting steps, this class is for you! Prepare to work hard and get hot! Participants will have an opportunity to choose their favorite dances to learn from Cha-Cha, Salsa, Rumba, and Samba to Tango, Waltz, Foxtrot and many more! Come alone or with a partner and share your passion for dance!

 Dress attire:

Ladies - short skirt or fitted pants, solid color fitted top, dress shoes with a small heel.

Gentlemen - dark fitted pants, solid color top with shirt tucked in, dress shoes.

              Dancing Queens Workout (Ages 18+) - fitness

     

Would you love to get fit while you dance?  Get your friends and join our dance-inspired fitness class! We combine the best parts of dancing and fitness to deliver a high-energy, body toning, and fat burning experience that leaves your whole spirit invigorated! We use Latin, Disco, and Belly Dance moves to burn calories and get you in your best mood! At the end of the session you will feel you are the Dancing Queen!
