RISING STAR MESSAGE TO PARTICIPANTS – 2023:

Dear participants, teachers, and parents! Thank you for being a part of the Rising Star Regional competition – 2023! 

The first Rising Star competition brought 65 artists ages 5-18 that represent talent from Carmel, Fishers, Fortville, Indianapolis, Mccordsville, Noblesville, Westfield, Whitestown, Zionsville, Indiana; Champaign, Savoy, Illinois from beginner – to advanced levels of music & arts. To make the judging the fairest for all, we divided participants not only by age groups, but also by experience. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all teachers, parents and children for your hard work and dedication to music and performing arts!
